CIMA Services, LP was founded in 2003 as CIMA Concrete Services, Inc. by Faraon Gonzales. CIMA was reorganized in 2005 as a limited partnership with the addition of John Bailey. Over nine years through 2012, CIMA's growth in the commercial and industrial construction business units created the need to form CIMA Services, L.P. Matt Taylor, Ray Thomas & Juan Amezquita joined the company to add expertise for the Environmental, Transportation, and Plant services divisions of the company. The industrial coatings division was added in 2012 and the structural and mechanical units formed in 2015. CIMA's Corporate Headquarters is in the heart of Pasadena - less than eight miles from the Houston Ship Channel. This location offers several advantages including rapid response for equipment and personnel needs.

Since our organization formed into a limited partnership in 2011, CIMA has delivered over $400,000,000 in diverse environmental and construction related services to our satisfied client base. We have a great relationship with our insurance and bonding company and the ability to provide a bid, payment, and performance bonds for projects. We have established solid banking relationships with several local banks who are willing and capable of assisting with our steady but controlled growth.
CIMA understands what is required to be a good contractor and a valuable team member. The project might start with an idea or bid, but it ends safely with a quality product and an accurate invoice. We strive to perform at the highest levels on all aspects from start to finish. These attributes not only add value to CIMA but to our clients and their facilities as well.
